Privacy
TMSRoute is a Logrinth product. Your account, and everything held against it, is covered by the Logrinth privacy policy. This page covers what TMSRoute adds on top of it.
Your Account
TMSRoute has no accounts of its own. You sign in with a Logrinth account, and Logrinth passes TMSRoute your handle and your email address. Changing either, or deleting the account outright, is done from your Logrinth account page.
What Belongs to the Organisation
Everything you enter here belongs to the organisation you are working in, not to you: shipments, their legs and stops, the lading on them, the documents and signatures against them, the events recorded as they move, and the counterparties, facilities, equipment and crew you keep records of. Anyone with a seat in that organisation can see it. Nobody outside it can.
Records We Have to Keep
Some records outlive a request to erase them, because the law says so rather than because we want them. A qualification file is held for three years past separation. A financial record is held for its tax life. Where a record is held that way, an erasure request is refused and told so plainly, rather than accepted and quietly ignored.
What We Do Not Do
TMSRoute carries no analytics, advertising or tracking code of its own. Nothing you enter is sold, and nothing is shared with another organisation on the platform.
