TMSRoute is a Logrinth product, and using it means agreeing to the Logrinth terms. This page covers what TMSRoute adds on top of them.

Your Organisation

You use TMSRoute as part of an organisation, and a seat in one is what gives you access. The organisation owns what is entered under it. Whoever holds the subscription decides who holds a seat, and removing a seat removes access without removing the work.

What You Enter

You are responsible for what you record here being accurate — rates, weights, hours, qualifications and the documents you attach. TMSRoute keeps and shows what you enter. It does not verify it, and it is not a substitute for the filings and records a carrier is required to keep.

Paying for It

A subscription belongs to an organisation and is billed by the load rather than by the truck. A number of loads is included each month and loads past that are charged for each one, and a load counts when a shipment is booked rather than when it is delivered. It runs until it is cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current one. Ending a subscription ends access; it does not delete what the organisation has entered.

Availability

TMSRoute is offered as it is, without a service level guarantee. We will tell you plainly when something is broken rather than showing you a number we are not sure of.
